“ The food is generally good and delivered with a smile. But occasionally your pizza is burnt, the avo is not fresh and the mushroom non-exsitent. The venue is not helped by the luke warm responses from the brand- which despite having been provided with a receipt number- then makes the feedback into a paperwork mission for the customer and reffers you back to the franchisee. As I said the pizza is generally good and worth one more chance but I would suggest trying a few alternative suppliers in the meantime. Post Note: While the company that owns the brand were washing their hands of the whole affair the franchisee did apologise and refund the whole meal (two pizzas) not just the one poorly prepared pizza. ”
